Elsie Mae..through the years.

Betty and Roy on the beach at Ocean shores, Washington.  The date was February 22, 1968.  We were camping out...Elsie and Harvey had their pickup camper and a trailer and Roy and Betty had their station wagon.  Not pictured is Elsie Mae and Harvey their children Pamela and Steve and the Irish Setters of both families.   I also had an Air Force friend along from McChord AFB.  Back at the camp, Elsie Mae was slow baking some salmon in the oven, all wrapped up in tin foil with bacon and onions.  What a treat!

This is us around the camp fire that evening.  This picture was just discovered recently compliments of Elsie Mae.  Pictured from left to right is:  Doug's Air Force friend from McChord AFB, Doug, Betty Severt, Pam, Steve, Elsie Mae and Harvey Miller.  In the original picture you can barely make out the camper in the background.
